First of all I loved the recipes. I first made the salad with salmon and avocado. It tasted amazing, and I had it all to myself.I made some of the other dishes too. The directions are so easy to follow and most of all the making is so simple and the final result - just mouth watering.
Though I don't understand why there was an image of a clock in the recipes??? I thought it showed the preparation time. A suggestion to the author, get rid of that and include photos of the food.
Another one of my favorite dishes from this book, is the baked potatoes with yogurt sauce and lettuce.

The book contains exact measurements on fantastic dinner recipes which are perfect for the meal but not too heavy. Dinner is supposed to be light but perfect to end your days and this book gets that as it is written in a very friendly, instructive, and well-designed manner. Great job!

Very nicely put together and some delicious recipes that I'm looking forward to trying. It's obvious lots of care goes into this author' s books as I have her cupcake book and really love it. Well done.
This is definitely one of the best cookbooks I have ever purchased. The recipes are simply amazing, everything is well structured and nicely combined. I don't have to think anymore about what to cook tonight and if that is healthy or not. I definitely recommend this book to everybody because indeed it is the best value for your money.
The recipes in this book are worth dying for. They are so delicious that all of my friends and family wonder how I suddenly became such a great cook. In reality, it is all Kate's doing with coming up with all of these wonderful recipes. The food is easy to make since the recipes are clear and easy to follow. It is just a matter of deciding which ones to start with. Even just reading through the book it is tough to decide since you can only make one at a time!
